Coppell Varsity Gold Advances To State Hockey Tournament

Coppell Varsity Gold State Bound
The Coppell Varsity Gold team defeated Mansfield 6-0 on Monday, December 12 to win their best of three series and advance to the Texas Amateur Hockey Association’s High School State Tournament.
The tournament will be held at both the Euless and Frisco Dr. Pepper StarCenters from Friday, January 27 through Sunday, January 29: the tournament schedule is below.
Friday, January 27 (DPSC Euless)
6:30 p.m. – Frisco vs. Coppell
7:00 p.m. – Plano West/Denton County vs. McKinney
Saturday, January 28 (DPSC Frisco)
9:00 a.m. – Frisco vs. Plano West/Denton County
11:00 a.m. – McKinney vs. Coppell
5:00 p.m. – Coppell vs. Plano West/Denton County
7:00 p.m. – McKinney vs. Frisco
Sunday, January 29 (DPSC Frisco)
12:30 p.m. – Championship Game
